A research and intellectual institution concerned with studies and strategic planning, established after the change in 2003, to undertake the task of decision-making and preparing options and their alternatives through intensive monitoring of events and their developments, presenting them to specialists, and discussing them through ongoing seminars, workshops, and roundtables.
